Dr. Tory Robson
Dr. Tory Robson hails from Great Falls, Montana.
Tory graduated from Montana State while simultaneously serving a 6-year term in the US Air Force. While in college he was introduced to chiropractic by a friend’s dad. This inspiration, his education in Architecture, Business, and the Laws of Success, plus his Air Force training have been proven unstoppable in practice, and in his consulting.
Graduating in ’95 from Northwestern in Minneapolis, Dr. Robson has designed and built 7 offices for himself in two different States. Doctors heard about his practice and wanted to see what he was doing that was working so well. This along with students bugging him to share, he finally decided to teach a small event for a few people.
Having designed over 1000 offices for DCs around the world, publishing now 8 books (with 4 more in the works) 8 booklets, 40 audio sets, over 1000 videos, his podcast, YouTube channel, live events, Zoom events, and over 100,000 direct coaching calls make Tory an undisputed authority in all elements of starting, growing, and prospering in chiropractic. He even gets called “the Goggins of chiropractic” as no consultant is more dedicated his craft. At WINNERSEDGE you know you have the right coach!
Katy
Katy grew up and graduated from high school in Mitchell, South Dakota.
On a track scholarship, she attended Northern State University in Aberdeen SD where she successfully competed for four years. She graduated with her BA degree when she then moved to the great city of Minneapolis. Working in the corporate world she was hired by Dr. Robson to run his multi-doctor chiropractic office.
Due to her exceptional organization and attention to detail, she transitioned from super CA to the director at WINNERSEDGE. Katy is the direct point of contact for all the admin, event management and planning requirements to ensure all things WINNERSEDGE operate perfectly.
She stays active with Half Marathons, Hyrox competitions, and gymnastics workouts. In her free time she is an avid dog lover, especially Dobermans. She enjoys volunteering with the local Doberman Rescue and works hard so she can continue to give more, which is her passion in life – helping those in need.
When you join, rest assured you have a caring and capable person who’ll do everything possible to help you reach your goals and beyond. There’s no non-DC more dedicated to your success in practice and in life.
Kayla
Kayla grew up in Delano, Minnesota, where she also graduated from high school. As a dedicated student-athlete, she went on to attend the University of Wisconsin–Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin, where she competed on the Women’s Soccer Team. She graduated with honors and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Real Estate.
After completing her studies, she returned to her home state of Minnesota. Soon after she was recruited and offered a position at WINNERSEDGE. She was hired to take on a dynamic role as director of marketing and client management as well as assistant director of operations. She is well positioned to combine her business background, passion, and winning athletic spirit in an effort towards helping others succeed.
Outside of work, she leads an active and adventurous lifestyle. She enjoys staying fit through Solidcore Pilates, rollerblading, cardio workouts, and challenging hikes. In her free time, she loves being outdoors! Whether it’s playing pickleball, exploring new trails, relaxing on a boat, or simply soaking up the sunshine.
Indy and Daphny
The world famous WINNERSEDGE Dobermans!
Indy and Daphny are purebred European Dobermans. As compared to the “American Doberman,” the European line is more true to the breed, with a broad, muscular, and intimidating stature. The breed personality is fearless, but more importantly, they are affectionate and loyal to their humans. They are often called “Velcro dogs” because of their strong attachment to their owners. Dobermans are not recommended if you like having personal space!
Sadly, God decided to take Daphny home early at the age of 6. She had DCM (dilated cardiomyopathy), an illness that claims the lives of nearly half of all Dobermans. She is in our thoughts and in our hearts forever. Never was there a sweeter and more playful companion.
Indy continues to devote his energy to protecting and guarding his humans. He has a strict schedule and takes his work seriously. You will never catch him taking a day off from his daily duties! In his free time, you can find him playing with his orange ball, walking at his favorite parks, or begging for snacks. He is our living hero as his loyalty, dedication, instinct, and physical awesomeness are truly an inspiration that inspired the “Doberman philosophy” here at WINNERSEDGE.
